Bagel with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese
- 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
- 4 TBSP Garlic Herb Cream Cheese
Eggs
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Orange juice
- 16 oz Orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Place breakfast sausages on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
- While the sausages are baking, toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
- Spread herb and garlic cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
- In a non-stick skillet, cook eggs according to your preference (fried, scrambled, or poached). Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the eggs with sausage, bagel, and orange juice.
