Ingredients

Sausage

  • 4 Breakfast sausage links

Bagel with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese

  • 1 Your choice of bagel sliced in half
  • 4 TBSP Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

Eggs

  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Orange juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Place breakfast sausages on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
  • While the sausages are baking, toast the bagel halves until golden brown.
  • Spread herb and garlic cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
  • In a non-stick skillet, cook eggs according to your preference (fried, scrambled, or poached). Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the eggs with sausage, bagel, and orange juice.
