Ingredients
Home fries
- 2 cups Potatoes diced
- Butter or cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Eggs
- 4 Eggs
- Butter or cooking oil

Biscuits with honey
- 2 Biscuits
- 2 TBSP Honey
Fruit
- 2 cups Fresh fruit of your choice (berries sliced oranges etc.)
Orange juice
- 16 oz Orange juice
Instructions
- Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with some cooking oil or butter.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the potatoes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy, about 15-20 minutes. Set aside.
- While the home fries are cooking, prepare the eggs.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc). Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the biscuits in the oven according to package instructions or until warm.
- Serve the eggs with home fries, biscuit drizzled with honey, fruit, and orange juice.
