Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.

While the home fries are cooking, prepare the eggs.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, scrambled, etc). Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the biscuits in the oven according to package instructions or until warm.
Serve the eggs with home fries, biscuit drizzled with honey, fruit, and orange juice.
