Ingredients
- 16 oz Salmon skinless 4 oz portions
- 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1.5 tbsp Garlic minced
- 1.5 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 slices Lemon garnish, sliced into thin rounds
- 4 Dinner rolls
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- On a foil lined baking sheet arrange the salmon. Rub the salmon evenly with dijon mustard, minced garlic, and parsley.
- Combine lemon juice and melted butter together and pour the mixture over the salmon. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake to an internal temperature of 140degrees using a thermometer, about 8 - 10 minutes depending upon the thickness of the filet.
- Garnish with lemon slices and serve with dinner rolls.
