On a foil lined baking sheet arrange the salmon. Rub the salmon evenly with dijon mustard, minced garlic, and parsley.
Combine lemon juice and melted butter together and pour the mixture over the salmon. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake to an internal temperature of 140degrees using a thermometer, about 8 - 10 minutes depending upon the thickness of the filet.
Garnish with lemon slices and serve with dinner rolls.
