Dijon Salmon

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Salmon skinless 4 oz portions
  • 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1.5 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 slices Lemon garnish, sliced into thin rounds
  • 4 Dinner rolls

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • On a foil lined baking sheet arrange the salmon. Rub the salmon evenly with dijon mustard, minced garlic, and parsley.
  • Combine lemon juice and melted butter together and pour the mixture over the salmon. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake to an internal temperature of 140degrees using a thermometer, about 8 - 10 minutes depending upon the thickness of the filet.
  • Garnish with lemon slices and serve with dinner rolls.
