Ingredients
Deli Chicken Sandwich
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 slices Your choice of bread
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli chicken
- 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch-long sticks
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
Sweet Iced Tea
- 24 oz Iced tea
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per instructions above.
- Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, deli chicken, onion, and cheese.
- Close each sandwich with the remaining bread. Cut in half.
- Serve your sandwiches with carrots and ranch and iced tea.
