Ingredients

Deli Chicken Sandwich

  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices Your choice of bread
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Deli chicken
  • 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch-long sticks
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing

Sweet Iced Tea

  • 24 oz Iced tea

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per instructions above.
  • Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, deli chicken, onion, and cheese.
  • Close each sandwich with the remaining bread. Cut in half.
  • Serve your sandwiches with carrots and ranch and iced tea.
