Deli Chicken Sandwich
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 slices Your choice of bread
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce
- 4 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Deli chicken
- 1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Carrots peeled and cut into 3 inch-long sticks
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
Prep the ingredients per instructions above.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer the sandwich with lettuce, tomato, deli chicken, onion, and cheese.
Close each sandwich with the remaining bread. Cut in half.
Serve your sandwiches with carrots and ranch and iced tea.
