Ingredients
Cucumber Water
- 1/2 Cucumber sliced
- 24 oz Water cold
Cold Cut Trio
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise to taste
- 2 TBSP Yellow mustard to taste
- 2 Sub rolls
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce cut to fit the roll
- 4 slices Tomato
- ¼ cup Onion sliced thin
- 3 oz Deli turkey salami
- 3 oz Deli turkey ham
- 3 oz Deli turkey bologna
- 2 oz Salt and pepper potato chips
Instructions
- For the cucumber water, place the cucumber slices in a pitcher with water. Let infuse in the refrigerator. Serve over ice if desired.
- Spread mayo and mustard inside each roll. Layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, turkey salami, turkey ham, and turkey bologna.
- Serve the sandwich with potato chips and cucumber water.
