Ingredients

Cucumber Water

  • 1/2 Cucumber sliced
  • 24 oz Water cold

Cold Cut Trio

  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise to taste
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard to taste
  • 2 Sub rolls
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce cut to fit the roll
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • ¼ cup Onion sliced thin
  • 3 oz Deli turkey salami
  • 3 oz Deli turkey ham
  • 3 oz Deli turkey bologna
  • 2 oz Salt and pepper potato chips

Instructions

  • For the cucumber water, place the cucumber slices in a pitcher with water. Let infuse in the refrigerator. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Spread mayo and mustard inside each roll. Layer with lettuce, tomato, red onion, turkey salami, turkey ham, and turkey bologna.
  • Serve the sandwich with potato chips and cucumber water.
