Ingredients
- 3/4 pound Ground chicken
- 1 packet Taco seasoning or make your own (see notes below)
- 8 Taco shells
- 2 oz Mexican cheese blend Shredded
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan over medium heat, cook the ground chicken with the taco seasoning, breaking it up into smaller pieces. Add a few tablespoons of water and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a low simmer
- Spoon the seasoned chicken into the taco shells and sprinkle with cheese.
Notes
Make your own Taco Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
