Ingredients

Chicken

  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless diced small
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil

Seasoning

  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Sauce

  • 2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
  • 1 TBSP Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 TBSP Buffalo wing sauce

Other Ingredients

  • 2 large Tortilla wraps
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 Avocado pitted and diced
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup Tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup Roasted red peppers chopped
  • 2 oz BBQ potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • In a bowl, mix the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken all over and cook through until no longer pink inside. Check using a thermometer for a temperature of 160°F (71°C). Then remove from the heat.
  • Mix the ingredients together for the sauce.
  • Layer the wrap with lettuce, avocado, onion, tomatoes, roasted pepper, chicken, and sauce. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
