Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
In a bowl, mix the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the chicken all over and cook through until no longer pink inside. Check using a thermometer for a temperature of 160°F (71°C). Then remove from the heat.
Mix the ingredients together for the sauce.
Layer the wrap with lettuce, avocado, onion, tomatoes, roasted pepper, chicken, and sauce. Fold in the ends and roll up tight.
Cut in half and serve with chips, pickle, and sparkling water.
