Ingredients

  • 2 oz Blueberry Thyme Goat Cheese (use a gourmet-style if desired) or choose your favorite cheeses
  • 2 oz Manchego cheese quartered (or choose your favorite cheeses)
  • 2 oz Soppressata sliced (or choose your favorite cured meat)
  • 2 oz Calabrese Salami sliced (or choose your favorite cured meat)
  • 1/2 cup Green olives pitted
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives pitted
  • 2 tbsp Pistachio nuts shelled
  • 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts
  • 1/4 cup Hummus
  • 1 Pita bread toasted and cut into wedges
  • 8 Crackers store bought or home made (see recipe)

Instructions

  • Arrange everything on a plate or platter and serve.
