- 2 oz Manchego cheese quartered (or choose your favorite cheeses)
- 2 oz Soppressata sliced (or choose your favorite cured meat)
- 2 oz Calabrese Salami sliced (or choose your favorite cured meat)
- 1/2 cup Green olives pitted
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives pitted
- 2 tbsp Pistachio nuts shelled
- 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup Hummus
- 1 Pita bread toasted and cut into wedges
- 8 Crackers store bought or home made (see recipe)
