Ingredients
- 8 Chicken wings about 4 to 5 wings per portion depending on size
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Chicken Seasoning rub your favorite chicken seasoning rub blend
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp Buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tbsp Blue Cheese Dressing
- 1 tsp Scallions chopped
Instructions
- Toss the wings with garlic powder, seasoning rub, oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat a grill on medium heat.(Alternatively preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cook the wings on a baking sheet in the oven until crispy to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer0.
- Grill the wings on all sides to get a nice crispy char to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
- Toss the wings in buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Serve with dressing. Garnish with scallions.

Pro tips: Butterfly the chicken: Lay the breasts down on a cutting board, using a sharp knife parallel to the cutting board slice the breasts through the middle (carefully) all the way in half.
