Ingredients

  • 3 oz Chicken sausage links
  • 1/2 cup Greek lemon yogurt use your favorite flavor
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Pistachio nuts chopped
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 1/3 cup Granola store bought or make your own see recipe
  • Honey drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the sausage to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
  • Top the yogurt with berries, pistachio, banana, and granola. Drizzle with honey. Serve with chicken sausage.
