- 3 oz Chicken sausage links
- 1/2 cup Greek lemon yogurt use your favorite flavor
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Raspberries
- 2 tbsp Pistachio nuts chopped
- 1 Banana sliced
- 1/3 cup Granola store bought or make your own see recipe
- Honey drizzling
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cook the sausage to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer.
Top the yogurt with berries, pistachio, banana, and granola. Drizzle with honey. Serve with chicken sausage.
