Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- 4 cups Swiss chard chopped
- 1 cup Chicken broth
Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Once hot add the oil and garlic. Saute until golden brown. Then add in the chard and saute for 1 minute.
- Stir in the broth and cover with a lid. Simmer until the chard is tender. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Drain the liquid before serving.
