Braised Swiss Chard

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 4 cups Swiss chard chopped
  • 1 cup Chicken broth

Instructions

  • Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Once hot add the oil and garlic. Saute until golden brown. Then add in the chard and saute for 1 minute.
  • Stir in the broth and cover with a lid. Simmer until the chard is tender. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the liquid before serving.
