Ingredients
- 6 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
- 1/2 tbsp Chicken Seasoning rub your favorite
- 2 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley chopped
- 2 slices Crusty bread toasted
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Bourbon look for a small airplane sized bottle instead of having to purchase a large bottle
- 1/4 tsp Chipotle Sauce
- 1/2 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Preheat an oven safe grill pan on medium heat. Season the chicken well with seasoning rub, salt, and pepper on both sides. Drizzle with oil and cook the chicken on both sides to get nice markings. Transfer the pan to the oven and cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees using a thermometer. Set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
- Place all the ingredients for the sauce in a saucepan over medium to medium low heat. Bring to a low simmer while stirring until the sauce starts to thicken to a creamy consistency. Taste and adjust any of the ingredients as needed.
- Drizzle the sauce over the chicken. Garnish with parsley, serve with bread.
