Ingredients
Blueberry Crisp Smoothie
- 2 cups Blueberries fresh or frozen
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 4 TBSP Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 4 TBSP Granola your favorite sweet granola
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except the granola) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass or to-go cup. Garnish with granola on top.
