Banana Pancakes
- 2 Banana half sliced for topping
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 TBSP Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 Egg
- 4 TBSP Butter or oil for cooking
- Maple syrup or honey

- 16 oz Milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the half the banana until smooth.
- In the same bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and egg.
- Stir the mixture until well combined and there are no large lumps. The batter should be smooth but slightly thick.
- Heat a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add a small amount of butter or oil to coat the surface.
- Once the skillet is hot, pour a ladleful of pancake batter onto the skillet, using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
- Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on one side, or until bubbles form on the surface.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the skillet as needed.
- Serve the banana pancakes warm, top with sliced banana and drizzled with maple syrup or honey if desired and a glass of milk.
