Banana Nutella Crepes
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- Butter or cooking spray
- ½ cup Nutella spread or chocolate hazelnut spread
- 1 TBSP Powdered sugar

- Your choice of sweetener
- Your choice of creamer
Instructions
- Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until you achieve a smooth batter consistency. Set the batter aside.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat.
- Add a small amount of butter or use cooking spray to lightly grease the skillet.
- Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet and swirl it around to coat the bottom evenly, creating a thin crêpe. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
- Flip the crêpe and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until it's cooked through. Repeat this process with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crêpes on a plate.
- Spread a generous amount of Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread onto each crêpe.
- Place slices of banana over half of each crêpe.
- Fold the crêpes in half and then into quarters, creating a triangular shape.
- Dust the assembled crêpes with powdered sugar if desired.
- Brew coffee according to your preference and pour into cups.
- Serve the banana Nutella crêpes alongside a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
