Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour until you achieve a smooth batter consistency. Set the batter aside.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat.
  • Add a small amount of butter or use cooking spray to lightly grease the skillet.
  • Pour a ladleful of the batter into the skillet and swirl it around to coat the bottom evenly, creating a thin crêpe. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
  • Flip the crêpe and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes until it's cooked through. Repeat this process with the remaining batter, stacking the cooked crêpes on a plate.
  • Spread a generous amount of Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread onto each crêpe.
  • Place slices of banana over half of each crêpe.
  • Fold the crêpes in half and then into quarters, creating a triangular shape.
  • Dust the assembled crêpes with powdered sugar if desired.
  • Brew coffee according to your preference and pour into cups.
  • Serve the banana Nutella crêpes alongside a cup of freshly brewed coffee.
