Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Long rolls lightly toasted
  • 1/2 cup Spring mix
  • 4 oz Deli roast beef sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese halved
  • 2 Pickle spears
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Instructions

  • In a bowl whisk together the sriracha and mayo.
  • Lightly toast the bread. Spread the mayo mixture onto both sides of the bread.
  • Layer the bread with spring mix, roast beef, cucumber, and cheese. Serve with pickle and chips.
