Ingredients
Smoothie
- 2 cups Coffee
- 4 Dates pitted
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 4 TBSP Cacao powder
- 2/3 cup Protein powder vanilla
- 2 cups Ice cubes
Bagel
- 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
- 6 TBSP Whipped cream cheese
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for volume or consistency.
- Toast the bagel then spread both halves with cream cheese. Close the 2 halves together and cut them in half.
- Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
