Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 cups Coffee
  • 4 Dates pitted
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 4 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 2/3 cup Protein powder vanilla
  • 2 cups Ice cubes

Bagel

  • 2 Your choice of bagel cut in half and lightly toasted
  • 6 TBSP Whipped cream cheese

Instructions

  • Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Add the ingredients for the smoothie into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more milk if needed for volume or consistency.
  • Toast the bagel then spread both halves with cream cheese. Close the 2 halves together and cut them in half.
  • Enjoy the bagel with the smoothie.
