Ingredients
Cream Cheese, Tomato and Onion Bagel:
- 6 TBSP Cream cheese
- 2 Onion bagels split and toasted
- 1 Tomato sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion sliced
- 1 Avocado peeled and sliced
- Salt
- Black pepper
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie:
- 2 Bananas frozen
- 5 TBSP Peanut butter or allergy-friendly sub
- 1.5 - 2 cups Milk of choice
- 1 tsp Your choice of sweetener to taste if needed
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Toast the bagel.
- Spread cream cheese over cut side of each bagel half.
- Top each bagel halve with tomatoes, onion, and avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put all smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a creamy and smooth texture.
- Serve smoothie with bagel.
