Bagel and Smoothie

Ingredients

Cream Cheese, Tomato and Onion Bagel:

  • 6 TBSP Cream cheese
  • 2 Onion bagels split and toasted
  • 1 Tomato sliced
  • ¼ cup Red onion sliced
  • 1 Avocado peeled and sliced
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie:

  • 2 Bananas frozen
  • 5 TBSP Peanut butter or allergy-friendly sub
  • 1.5 - 2 cups Milk of choice
  • 1 tsp Your choice of sweetener to taste if needed
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Toast the bagel.
  • Spread cream cheese over cut side of each bagel half.
  • Top each bagel halve with tomatoes, onion, and avocado slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Put all smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix until you have a creamy and smooth texture.
  • Serve smoothie with bagel.
