Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Whipped cream cheese or substitute store-bought Herb Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Scallions minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh dill minced
  • 1 Pumpernickel bagel halved and toasted (or your choice of bagel)
  • 1 cup Cantaloupe peeled and diced into small bite sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Raspberries
  • 4 slices Lox (smoked salmon) about 1 oz per portion

Instructions

  • Mix the cream cheese, scallions, and dill in a bowl until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toast the bagel and spread the cream cheese on.
  • Mix the cantaloupe and berries together.
  • Serve the bagel with lox and fruit.
