Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Whipped cream cheese or substitute store-bought Herb Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Scallions minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill minced
- 1 Pumpernickel bagel halved and toasted (or your choice of bagel)
- 1 cup Cantaloupe peeled and diced into small bite sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Raspberries
- 4 slices Lox (smoked salmon) about 1 oz per portion
Instructions
- Mix the cream cheese, scallions, and dill in a bowl until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toast the bagel and spread the cream cheese on.
- Mix the cantaloupe and berries together.
- Serve the bagel with lox and fruit.
