- 4 tbsp Whipped cream cheese or substitute store-bought Herb Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp Scallions minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh dill minced
- 1 Pumpernickel bagel halved and toasted (or your choice of bagel)
- 1 cup Cantaloupe peeled and diced into small bite sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Raspberries
- 4 slices Lox (smoked salmon) about 1 oz per portion
Mix the cream cheese, scallions, and dill in a bowl until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toast the bagel and spread the cream cheese on.
Mix the cantaloupe and berries together.
Serve the bagel with lox and fruit.
