Ingredients
Bacon Egg and Cheese
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 TBSP Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 2 slices Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices Wheat bread toasted
Fruit:
- 1 cup Your choice of Fruit prepared accordingly (such as berries melon and grapes)
Orange Juice:
- 16 oz Orange juice
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices on both sides until they are crispy. Remove them from the skillet and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Heat the butter in a nonstick pan. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are firm. Top with cheese. Cook for 1 minute longer or until the cheese is melted. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cooked bacon slices on the toasted bread.
- Top the bacon with eggs.
- Cover the eggs with the remaining slices of toasted bread. Cut in half.
- Serve the sandwich with fruit and orange juice.
