Ingredients

  • 4 Slices Sourdough bread toasted
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup Spring mix
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 4 slices Havarti Cheese
  • 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil plus some for drizzling
  • 2 tbsp Red onion shaved
  • 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Toast the bread then spread mayo and mustard on each slice. Layer with spring mix, tomato, cheese, avocado slices drizzled with oil and seasoned with salt pepper, onion, and oregano.
  • Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
