Ingredients
- 4 Slices Sourdough bread toasted
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup Spring mix
- 4 slices Tomato
- 4 slices Havarti Cheese
- 1 Avocados pitted and sliced
- 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil plus some for drizzling
- 2 tbsp Red onion shaved
- 1/4 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Instructions
- Toast the bread then spread mayo and mustard on each slice. Layer with spring mix, tomato, cheese, avocado slices drizzled with oil and seasoned with salt pepper, onion, and oregano.
- Cut in half and serve with chips and pickle.
