Ingredients

  • 3 Apples peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, combine apples, water, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft. Then mash with a fork. Serve warm or allow to cool.
