- 1/2 cup Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine apples, water, lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon. Cover, and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are soft. Then mash with a fork. Serve warm or allow to cool.
