Apple Smoothie and Bagel with Cream Cheese

Ingredients
Apple Smoothie:
- 2 Apples washed and unpeeled
- ½ cup Milk (of your choice)
- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Banana sliced and frozen
- 2 TBSP Peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 TBSP Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp Cinnamon plus additional for serving
- pinch Ground nutmeg
- pinch Allspice
- Ice cubes
Bagel with cream cheese
- 4 TBSP Cream cheese
- 1 Your choice of bagel halved
Instructions
- Core, and chop the apples.
- Add all of the smoothie ingredients to a blender, blend on high until smooth.
- While the smoothie is blending, toast the bagel halves until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Spread cream cheese on each toasted bagel half.
- Pour the apple smoothie into a glass and dust with cinnamon. Serve with half of a cream cheese bagel per person. Enjoy!a
