Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 1 Apple peeled and sliced
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 4 TBSP Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Orange Juice

  • 16 oz Orange juice cold

Instructions

  • Cook the oats according to the instructions on the package. Season with salt. Once cooked, cover with a lid and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium low heat. Add in the apples and cinnamon, then stir in the maple syrup. Cook until the apples are tender.
  • Serve: Mix the apples with the oatmeal. Enjoy with blueberries and orange juice.
