Ingredients
Cafe Mocha
- 4 oz Espresso or strong coffee
- 2 cups Milk
- Whipped cream
- 4 TBSP Chocolate syrup plus more for garnish
Bowl
- ¼ cup Milk use your favorite milk (dairy milk, soy, almond, etc)
- 2 Bananas sliced
- ¼ cup Açaí berry puree
- ½ cup Granola
- ½ cup Blueberries
- ½ cup Strawberries sliced
- ¼ cup Sweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Prep the ingredients per the instructions above.
- Brew the espresso (or coffee) according to the directions on the coffee maker.
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Be careful not to scald or boil the milk.
- Place the chocolate syrup in a coffee mug. Stir in the espresso. Then stir in the heated milk. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
- Add the milk, banana, and açaí to a bowl and mix well.
- Divide the mixture into bowls and top with granola, blueberries, strawberries, and coconut flakes.
- Serve with mocha latte.
