Ingredients

Turkey Brie Cranberry Sandwich

  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 4 TBSP Cranberry sauce
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 1 cup Baby spinach (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Orange Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 4 slices Orange
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Toast the bread if preferred.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly on each slice of bread.
  • Layer with sliced turkey breast, brie, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with the remaining slice of whole grain bread. Cut in half.
  • Combine sparkling water and orange slices. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Enjoy your delicious sandwich with chips, pickle, and orange sparkling water.
