Turkey Brie Cranberry Sandwich
- 4 slices Whole grain bread
- 4 TBSP Cranberry sauce
- 6 oz Deli turkey breast sliced
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- 1 cup Baby spinach (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Orange Sparkling Water
- 24 oz Sparkling water cold
- 4 slices Orange
- Ice cubes
Toast the bread if preferred.
Spread cranberry sauce evenly on each slice of bread.
Layer with sliced turkey breast, brie, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the remaining slice of whole grain bread. Cut in half.
Combine sparkling water and orange slices. Serve over ice if desired.
