Ingredients

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 16 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Sandwich

  • 4 slices Your choice of bread lightly toasted
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 2 TBSP Yellow mustard
  • 6 leaves Romaine lettuce cut to fit the bread
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 6 oz Deli turkey breast
  • 1 Avocado pitted and sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Instructions

  • Toast the bread. Spread the mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with lettuce, tomato seasoned with salt and pepper, turkey, and avocado.
  • Mix all of the ingredients for the homemade lemonade. Add sugar to taste. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Cut the sandwich in half. Serve with chips, pickle, and lemonade.
