Turkey Avocado Sandwich

Ingredients

Turkey Sandwich

  • 4 slices Sourdough bread
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Dried oregano to taste
  • ½ Cucumber thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Pepperoncini sliced
  • 8 oz Deli turkey breast
  • ¼ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 oz Potato chips

Lemon Sparkling Water

  • 24 oz Sparkling water cold
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prep ingredients per the instructions above.
  • Toast the bread.
  • Lay out the slices of bread on a clean surface.
  • Spread a generous layer of mayo onto each slice of bread
  • Layer the bread with spinach, arugula, tomato drizzled with oil and seasoned with salt pepper and oregano, cucumber, pepperoncini, turkey, red onion, avocado, and cheese. Top with remaining slice of bread. Cut in half.
  • Mix the ingredients for the lemon sparkling water.
  • Serve sandwich with chips and lemon sparkling water.
