- ½ cup Rolled oats
- 1 TBSP Sesame seeds
- 1 TBSP Flaxseeds
- 1 tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ½ tsp Lemon zest
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 oz Smoked salmon torn into pieces
- ¼ cup Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 TBSP Capers
- 1 tsp Lemon-infused olive oil store-bought for garnish
- Fresh dill for garnish
Orange Juice
- 16 oz Orange juice cold
Instructions
- Prepare the Granola Base: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, olive oil, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and fragrant. Allow to cool.
- Assemble the Parfait: In a serving glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, a spoonful of savory granola, smoked salmon pieces, sliced cucumber, and capers. Repeat the layers for a fuller presentation, if desired.
- Drizzle with lemon-infused olive oil and garnish with fresh dill.
- Serve: Pour the cold orange juice into glasses. Serve the parfait alongside the orange juice and enjoy!
