Assemble the Parfait: In a serving glass or bowl, layer Greek yogurt, a spoonful of savory granola, smoked salmon pieces, sliced cucumber, and capers. Repeat the layers for a fuller presentation, if desired.
Drizzle with lemon-infused olive oil and garnish with fresh dill.
