Ingredients

Sandwiches

  • 4 slices Your choice of bread
  • 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce optional
  • 4 slices Tomato
  • 8 oz Leftover rosemary chicken sliced
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Sweet Iced Tea

  • 24 oz Sweet tea cold

Instructions

  • Optional: toast the bread.
  • Spread mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Assemble the Sandwiches: Layer the bread with lettuce, tomato, and chicken. Top with the second slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half.
  • Serve rosemary chicken sandwiches with chips, pickle, and sweet iced tea
