Sandwiches
- 4 slices Your choice of bread
- 2 TBSP Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 4 leaves Romaine lettuce optional
- 4 slices Tomato
- 8 oz Leftover rosemary chicken sliced
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Optional: toast the bread.
Spread mayo and mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Layer the bread with lettuce, tomato, and chicken. Top with the second slice of bread and cut the sandwich in half.
Serve rosemary chicken sandwiches with chips, pickle, and sweet iced tea
