Ingredients
Sandwich:
- 4 slices Miche bread
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 4 oz Deli ham sliced
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- ½ cup Arugula about a handful
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Almond Milk
- 2 cups Almond milk unsweetened
- 1 TBSP Honey (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon ground
Instructions
- Optional: Toast the bread. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer with ham, brie slices, and arugula.
- Place the slice of bread on top to close the sandwich. Cut in half.
- Mix the almond milk with honey and cinnamon.
- Serve with chips, pickle, and almond milk with cinnamon and honey.
