Ham and Brie Sandwich

Sandwich:
- 4 slices Miche bread
- 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
- 4 oz Deli ham sliced
- 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
- ½ cup Arugula about a handful
- 2 oz Potato chips
- 2 Pickle spears
Almond Milk
- 2 cups Almond milk unsweetened
- 1 TBSP Honey (or to taste)
- ½ tsp Cinnamon ground
Optional: Toast the bread. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer with ham, brie slices, and arugula.
Place the slice of bread on top to close the sandwich. Cut in half.
Mix the almond milk with honey and cinnamon.
Serve with chips, pickle, and almond milk with cinnamon and honey.
