Ham and Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

Sandwich:

  • 4 slices Miche bread
  • 2 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • 4 oz Deli ham sliced
  • 4 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • ½ cup Arugula about a handful
  • 2 oz Potato chips
  • 2 Pickle spears

Almond Milk

  • 2 cups Almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 TBSP Honey (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon ground

Instructions

  • Optional: Toast the bread. Spread mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Layer with ham, brie slices, and arugula.
  • Place the slice of bread on top to close the sandwich. Cut in half.
  • Mix the almond milk with honey and cinnamon.
  • Serve with chips, pickle, and almond milk with cinnamon and honey.
