Ingredients

French Bread Pizza

  • 1 loaf French bread (8-10 inches long)
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded use more as needed
  • Your choice of toppings prepared accordingly
  • ¼ tsp Dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp Garlic powder
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Homemade Lemonade

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 20 oz Water
  • 2 TBSP Sugar use to taste
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • If you have pizza toppings that are raw, like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms, etc. prepare them as needed.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Place the baguette onto a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Lightly toast the bread to golden brown. Then remove from the oven.
  • Spread a layer of sauce as needed onto the bread, covering it well. Evenly distribute the cheese and pepperoni, and other toppings if using, over top. Sprinkle it with oregano and garlic.
  • Place on a foiled-lined baking sheet and cook in the oven until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
  • Mix the ingredients for the lemonade. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Serve the French bread pizza with lemonade.
