Cottage Cheese Toast with Tomato and Onion
- 2 slices Your choice of bread
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
- 1 Tomato small diced
- ½ tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Dried oregano
Cottage Cheese Toast with Lox
- 2 slices Your choice of bread
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- 2 oz Lox chopped (smoked salmon)
- 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh dill roughly chopped
Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Juice
- 16 oz White grape juice cold
Instructions
- Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
- Prepare the Cottage Cheese Toast with Tomato:
- Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
- Top with chopped onion and diced tomato.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste.
- Prepare the Cottage Cheese Toast with Lox:
- Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
- Add the lox and top with sliced onion.
- Garnish with dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
