Ingredients

Cucumber Water

  • 8 slices Cucumber
  • 24 oz Water
  • Ice cubes

French Fries

  • 2 medium Potatoes cut the potatoes into ¼ inch thick sticks (about 1/2 lb of potato per portion)
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup

Greek Chicken Souvlaki Wrap

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 TBSP Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 8 oz Chicken breast boneless skinless
  • 2 Tortilla wraps
  • ½ cup Onion sliced
  • ½ cup Tomato sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled

Tzatziki sauce

  • 1/2 cup Cucumber rough chopped
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 TBSP White vinegar
  • 1/2 TBSP Fresh dill
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Prepare Cucumber Water: Place the cucumber slices in the water and allow to infuse in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over ice if desired.
  • Preheat an air fryer. Soak the fries in water for 10 minutes then drain. Add to the airfryer basket and cook for 20 - 22 minutes tossing about half way through until golden brown and crispy. Refer to the instructions in the air fryer manual.
  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and add to the marinade. Toss to coat all chicken pieces evenly. Cover and place in the fridge to marinate for 20 minutes or longer if preferred.
  • Make Tzatziki sauce: Add the cucumber, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, dill, and salt to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Add more salt to taste. Set aside in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the grill or grill pan on medium-high heat and drizzle with oil.
  • Gril the chickenl, turning on all sides for about 8 - 12 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (160°F / 71C).
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds per side, or wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 15 - 20 seconds.
  • Place the chicken pieces on top of the tortilla. Top with sliced onion, tomato, and feta.
  • Plate the Greek chicken souvlaki wraps with a side of crispy fries and a small bowl of ketchup for dipping. Enjoy your delicious, flavorful meal!
