Cottage Cheese Toast with Tomato and Onion
- 2 slices Your choice of bread
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
- 1 Tomato small diced
- ½ tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp Dried oregano
Cottage Cheese Toast with Lox
- 2 slices Your choice of bread
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- 2 oz Lox chopped (smoked salmon)
- 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
- 1 tsp Fresh dill roughly chopped
Seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Juice
- 16 oz White grape juice cold
Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
Prepare the Cottage Cheese Toast with Tomato:
Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
Top with chopped onion and diced tomato.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste.
Prepare the Cottage Cheese Toast with Lox:
Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
Add the lox and top with sliced onion.
Garnish with dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
