Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Toast with Tomato and Onion

  • 2 slices Your choice of bread
  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato small diced
  • ½ tsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ tsp Dried oregano

Cottage Cheese Toast with Lox

  • 2 slices Your choice of bread
  • ½ cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 oz Lox chopped (smoked salmon)
  • 2 TBSP Red onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Fresh dill roughly chopped

Seasoning

  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Juice

  • 16 oz White grape juice cold

Instructions

  • Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  • Prepare the Cottage Cheese Toast with Tomato:
  • Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
  • Top with chopped onion and diced tomato.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste.
  • Prepare the Cottage Cheese Toast with Lox:
  • Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toasted bread.
  • Add the lox and top with sliced onion.
  • Garnish with dill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve: Enjoy the cottage cheese toasts with cold grape juice.
