Ingredients

Corned Beef Hash

  • 8 oz Corned beef hash

Apple and Banana

  • 1 Apple washed and sliced
  • 1 Banana ripe, sliced

Eggs

  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Coffee

  • Coffee
  • Your choice of creamer
  • Your choice of sweetener

Instructions

  • Cook Hash: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the corned beef hash, spreading it evenly. Cook without stirring for about 5 – 7 minutes until browned. Flip and cook the other side for another 5 – 7 minutes until crispy.
  • Prep Fruit: While the hash is cooking, wash and slice the apple and banana. Arrange in serving bowls.
  • Brew Coffee: Prepare your coffee using your preferred method. Pour into mugs and add creamer and sweetener to taste.
  • Cook Eggs: In a separate skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add eggs and cook to your preference (sunny side up, over easy, or scrambled). Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Serve: Plate the eggs with corned beef hash, fruit, and coffee.
