Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 ripe Bananas frozen if preferred
  • 2 TBSP Chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 TBSP Cacao powder
  • 1 TBSP Cacao nibs plus more for topping
  • 2 TBSP Honey or to taste
  • 2 cups Your choice of Milk
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Prep the Ingredients: If not using frozen bananas, peel and slice the bananas. If using frozen, simply measure them out.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the bananas, chunky peanut butter, rolled oats, cacao powder, cacao nibs, honey, and milk.
  • Blend: Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is reached.
  • Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Blend again briefly to combine.
  • Serve: Pour the smoothie into two glasses and enjoy immediately.
